Was ist Judo?
Judo ist eine japanische Kampfsportart, welche 1882 in Japan von Jigoro Kano gegründet wurde. Sie wurde aus der alten Kampfkunst Jiu-Jitsu entwickelt. Kano entfernte hierbei die meisten gefährlichen Techniken und entwickelte manche anderen weiter um einen Wettkampf zu ermöglichen.
